Financial Benefits
The scheme gives money help to workers and employers in the following ways:
- A one-time incentive of up to Rs. 15,000 is given to first-time employees in two parts by the government.
- Employers are rewarded according to the salary of new workers, they get Rs. 1,000 if salary is Rs. 10,000, Rs. 2,000 if salary is Rs. 10,000-20,000, and Rs. 3,000 if salary is up to Rs. 30,000.
- Extra workers must be kept for six months to get full benefits from the scheme.
- Employees with wages up to Rs. 1 lakh are included for incentives under this special program.

Eligibility Criteria
The people and employers who can get benefits are:
- First-time employees with wages up to Rs. 1 lakh are included in the scheme.
- Employers with fewer than 50 workers must hire at least two extra employees for the benefit.
- Employers with 50 or more workers must hire at least five extra employees for incentives.
- Extra employees must be kept for six months to get full incentives from the scheme.
- Exempted establishments under the EPF & MP Act, 1952, are also included if all rules are followed properly.

To do registration online under the portal, please follow these below steps as are mentioned below:
- Step 1: All the applicants who are interested to do registering online can visit the PMVBRY Website to proceed further.
- Step 2: A UAN number is required to be made by first-time employees using the Face Authentication Technology (FAT) feature on the UMANG mobile application very easily.
- Step 3: The one-time registration is to be done by the employer after submitting the EPFO code number and filling in all the needed details carefully on the portal page.
- Step 4: Extra employees are required to be newly hired and also kept in the company for a minimum of six continuous full months.
- Step 5 Monthly ECR form needs to be filed regularly, and UANs are asked to be opened by employees through the UMANG mobile app.
- Step 6: Scheme benefits are then directly transferred by the DBT system into the linked bank account of every eligible beneficiary employee.
