- The families belonging to EWS/LIG/MIG categories, living in urban areas, and having no pucca house anywhere in the country are eligible for applying under this program.
- The Beneficiary who has been allotted a house under any of the housing schemes of the central government state/UT government or local self-government in the last 2 years in urban or rural areas, shall not be eligible to seek benefits under this program.
- The annual income of EWS households should be up to 3 lakh, up to 3-6 Lakh for LIG, and up to 9 lakh for MIG to apply under this program.
- The beneficiary should have an Aadhaar card/ Aadhaar virtual ID integrated with the details of the beneficiary to apply under this program.
