Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for this scheme are as follows:
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- Age of the applicant should be at least 18 years on the last day of applying, not before.
- Applicant should have a PAN card while applying.
- Applicant should have a saving bank account and it should be working properly.
- If the person already has land or house in Delhi, it will be allowed.
- For EWS people, the total family income should not be more than Rs. 10 lakh in a year.
- Family income is counted from what the person and their husband or wife earns together.

- Step 1: All those applicants who are eligible for the scheme should visit the DDA Website to apply for the scheme.
- Step 2: Once you reach the homepage of the official website, you have to click on “DDA APNA GHAR AWAAS YOJNA 2025” option to proceed further for application process.
- Step 3: You will be directed to another page, here you have to click on “Create Login” to register yourself under Apna Ghar Awas Yojana Scheme.
- Step 4: Registration form will appear on your screen, where you have to carefully fill out the form with the required details, and once you have filled out the form, you should click on “Request for OTP” button.
- Step 5: Now you will receive the OTP on the mobile number you have given at the time of registration, you have to enter the OTP in the given space to proceed further.
